Description
The Fungi kingdom never received the respect It due, always in the shadow of the stuck up Flora and the rowdy Fauna, It is easily forgotten.
As in our world, so is the situation in Dungeons & Dragons.
Although there are nearly twenty different D&D monsters which are types of mushrooms, spores, molds, and fungus. Dungeon masters rarely used them and it is a shame. There are several awesome creatures among them. So I illustrated three of them for my cute monsters series- the Myconid, Shrieker and Violet Fungus.
It's not much, but at least it is a start.
So remember the children of Egon and show them the respect they deserve.

Apparently there are myconids in Baldur’s Gate 3 so maybe they will gain in popularity.
